The net fabric provides flexibility, it is marked size small medium because it shrinks and stretches as you need it. It’s 100% acrylic. Shoulder to hem is 21 inches, pit to pit is 27-38 (when stretched)inches. sleeves are 24.5 inches Excellent brand new condition. Smoke free home. Bought it for girls for Christmas and it did not work with the ski skirt. Still in the bag.
