NWT CAROLINE CONSTAS Red Gingham Maxi Dress

NWT CAROLINE CONSTAS Red Gingham Dress. Cotton with smocking on back, pockets, and adjustable straps. I purchased from @tav85 but unfortunately it’s too big for me. It’s a size L and would best fit a 12 or possibly 14. Chest measures 19” flat and waist is 16” flat; with the smocking there is a good amount of stretch. Length is 52”.
