NWT CARBON 38 High Rise 7/8 Legging Cloud Compression Steel Blue

Reposhing this item I purchased from @worldtravelereb. She had a photo that made these appear like a periwinkle blue. I fixed the photo. These are a true steel blue, as in almost grey.
