does it have a stretchy material at the top of additional calf room. I see that they are listed as wide calf. typically wide calf runs around 16in. do these have an ability to stretch that wide?

@bethalme hi! i dont believe they have stretchy material. Im out of town until Monday afternoon, so I will double check!

@bethalme hi! so sorry for the delay in getting back with you! I measured plus went on to Borns website - the wide calf measures 16 3/4. There is also a small stretchy portion, along with a buckle that is can be adjusted at the top by the zipper. you can see that buckle in the pics. Hope that helps!
