NWT Blush fit & flare dress w/ cutout pattern

NWT Blush/light pink fit and flare dress with super cute cut out pattern Never worn because didn’t fit right. I love the cut out design on the bottom of this dress. It would be really cute with a Jean jacket or cowgirl boots. You could definitely dress this up or down. Cross posted
