NWT Blue/White Paterned midi dress w/ slit

Beautiful blue and white patterned dress with small V cut (sweetheart neck line with wiring in V) illusion of cups but does not have cups. MIDI dress with slight side slit. New with tags. Size is XL but fits like a large,maybe medium.
