NWT Blue floral Talbots blazer

This beautiful cornflower blue blazer is brand new from Talbots! I bought it back in 2020 to wear to an event that got cancelled due to covid, so I never ended up wearing it! it is high quality, fully lined. Size 10 petite so it is made for those who are on the shorter side (I'm 5'2"). It really is a great piece!
