NWT Blue and Pink Summer Dress 3X

Bought this from a local boutique, so the tag is still attached but never worn There isn't a mfg. tag, but there is a fabric tag. This dress is flowy and airy. Sleeveless, however, the flounce goes from the shoulder to the waist. There is a tie at the front collar, giving it a Peep hole effect. The waist is rauched. The skirt of this dress is doubled with a slip and an extra flounce at the bottom. Pit to Pit is 26 inches Waist is 21- stretches to 29 Length is 39 inches from center collar if back to hem. These are measurements while laying flat
