NWT Blue Sheath dress with short sleeve jacket- 8

NWT Blue sheath dress with jacket. The blue isn't as bright as it appears in the pictures. It's a beautiful dress. The material has a floral design sewn in it. Dress zips up the back and has a 14 inch back slit. The jacket is open and is 23" long. It's a little wrinkled from being packed away. Size =8 Dress is 18" pit to pit and 49" long.
