(NWT) Blue Floral Ruched Sleeveless Dress

Flattering and body-hugging dress. It has a very striking blue floral print pattern, almost like a watercolor painting. Has ruching on the side and a draped neckline. Very cute dress in person. Perfect for a spring/summer wedding! Bought this at Ross a few years ago, still has the label. Size: US 16; ~41” long and ~17.5” flat across the waist, but the dress is stretchy so you have about 2 additional inches on either side. Material: 95% polyester, 5% elastane -- stretchy!
