pandapawss It's from China, I will be honest about the sizing: I wear a size 4 but this was a size 2 for sure... Maybe even a 1/2 to be honest. It (they, I ordered a black one the very same as well) is/are in PERFECT condition, as I ordered several & they weren't my size :/ I even have one in white that is seriously a size 3 haha it fits but is too tight in my (kinda big compared to my size) booty - I'm about to put it up. I'm open to offers! Hope that helps somewhat
