NWT Blue Abstract Floral Dress

Beautiful floral dress, brand new with tags from Forever 21.This dress is a beige/grey color with a navy blue and purple abstract floral pattern. Purchased on clearance, the top of the dress fits a little funny - it's best suited for someone with a large bust and smaller waist. Would best fit a size 10/12 and D+ chest size. This dress falls just above the knee and zips in the back. Brand new with tags still attached, this dress is in perfect condition
