NWT. Black lace and floral party dress.

This is a juniors plus size 3x. Top half is black lace. Back is lace, that is see through. Top half of front is also see through, meaning there isn’t a liner. The rest of the front has a liner that is a sweetheart neckline and goes down the rest of the dress and is lined. The bottom half is a pretty floral print. There is a tie around the waistline.
