🎉NWT Black floral v-neck flounce top

A beautiful semi-cropped top featuring an allover floral print, a V-neckline with a lace-up detail, a ruffled flounce with lace trim, long lantern sleeves with elasticized cuffs and a lace trim, and an elasticized waist. Size M but did not fit me. Runs a little small. Size chart included. By Forever 21.
