NWT Black and White Polka Dot Cropped Pants

Vintage black cropped pants with black and white polka dot pattern on cuffs. Part of unique matching set with sweater pants (size L) listed separately, but can be bought bundled together. Zips up the side with pockets on front and back. Can be worn with or without matching polka dot belt (included.) NWT. Material is 87% cotton, 10% polyester, and 3% spandex.
