Never worn black open-back mini dress from Arc & co - how much I wish this fit me! It's just too short for my comfort (I'm long waisted and 5' 8”) This little number features epaulets on the shoulders, open, drapey sleeves, and open back and the cutest little white critters with pointy ears. Precisely who the critters are I leave to your imagination! Sash belt and zip close.
