NWT- Black + White Beaded Tank Top with Black Ribbon, Size Medium from WHBM

Gorgeous thin black and white horizontal striped tank from White House Black Market. Every other black stripe has delicate Pearl beading which adds a pretty + feminine touch. My favorite part of the top is the ribbon on the neck. It makes this a beautiful top when it is worn as-is but it’s also a pretty top to layer under a sweater or jacket. New with tags- I never wore it and now it doesn’t fit me. I did notice that it does have some brown spots on the front but I think they’ll come out in the wash. I don’t know what they would be from because I haven’t worn this.
