This sparky dress is beautiful, form fitting and very flattering. The dress has sheer bands around the waist and at the bottom of the dress. The cups have built in pads and is V-neck. The dress has a long zipper along the back with a hook closure at the top. It is fully lined and is made of polyester, nylon and spandex on the outside and the lining is 100% polyester. The dress has a nice stretch to it.
