NWT Black Ruffle Short Sz M - FITS SMALL

Absolutely adorable shorts!! Just ordered them and unfortunately they’re a little too small on me. I’m typically a size 4/6, and these fit but not comfortably. I think they’d be better for someone who’s a 2/4. They are lightweight, breathable and so feminine with the darling ruffle hem. They have a full elastic waist for comfy, pull on wear. NOTE: These did NOT come with tags. They’re from one of my fav boutiques but this item was just tagless when received. Non-smoking household.
