NWT Black Lace Plus Size Cocktail Dress in 18W/20W

Brand new lace top dress with double-lined skirt. The silk part is about 3 inches longer than the shell. The sizing said 22W but when I tried it on, it was much better for a 18/20 because the waist is not stretch. I measured it at 44 inches solid. After purchasing I also noticed the waist had a fabric tear probably from someone at a size 22 trying it on. Side zipper is well in tact. The dress looks beautiful on, the lace is very pretty! Lowering price because of the need to do a bit of touch-up sewing for you or small alteration.
