NWT Bittersweet black crop top sz L drawstring peasant puff sleeve topper

Super cute and useful black crop top (also known as a topper!) with double drawstring ties in the front and elasticized sleeves, neck and hem. The black material is textured and has quite a bit of stretch to it. Do you ever wish your tank top could be a short sleeve shirt because you just want a little more coverage on your arms?
