trailsandrivers @littleseagirls it says a size 4 would be around 30.5-32.5 inches for a chest measurement. Hope this helps! Also important to note that This is made of neoprene and will loosen up a little bit when wet.

trailsandrivers @mslittlemiss I am a 34/36 B and the 8 fits me fine around the back but I don't fill out the cups. I'd say the 6 might be your ideal size, but since you have a larger bust the 8 might fit too. Hard to say! If you see anything else you like in my closet, I could throw one of these in for free :)
