NWT!! Bill Levkoff Blue & white gown

Levkoff style 7074 is a full length, Chiffon, off the shoulder, bridesmaids dress withruffle bodice. Dress features a self tie that accents the natural waist and soft gathers that surround the A-line skirt. Size 8. 100% polyester has small “sample”at very bottom of dress with a little pulling as shown in pics. Not noticeable and also can be taken off with hemming or just worn as is. Price reflects. Gorgeous!!
