motherposher @afrenzel1 hi! sorry I was out traveling for a year and didn't realize they undid the hold on my closet. Pit to pit is approx 16" across lying flat and it does have some stretch to it. Waist is 13" across. I was a size 0 to 2 with a 34c chest in the photo if that helps. I'll probs never be that size again so feel free to make me an offer if those measurements work for you. The dress has also shed a few feathers in storage so I have those if you wanted to try and reattach them.
