Please read carefully! I purchased this costume brand new but could not return it or exchange it for a smaller size after the 24th of October. This costume was too big, and the thigh highs were too tight. The dress fits more like a size 16. Adorable, but I couldn't wear it. The only thing missing from this costume were the lapel pins. (They were never in the packaging).
