NWT Clio 2 Vintage Black Leather skirt! Sz.22 Measures 21" across the waistband or 42" hips aprox 52" length from top down is 23.5" The only flaw is there are two hanger marks at the very top of the skirt other than that it is absolutely Beautiful! Please check the photo
