What is the fabric of this dress and the bust measurement of Large?

@gwestcott I posted photos of the large with a measuring tape. The measurement from armpit to armpit is about 21" and the length is about 30 1/2". I also posted fabric and care instructions. I can say that the fabric is very EASY care. We went out of town for Easter and my daughter wore this to church. She has it wadded up in a bag and it still looked gorgeous for Easter. I will try to find a photo to post. She was wearing a large and she is 5'10" and wore heels. 😁😍😁
