NWT Beanie Baby Ty Ariel Teddy Bear 2000 Retired Vintage Remembrance AIDS Mint Green BRAND NEW with swing tag attached Selling for my mother in law who was an avid collector. She was the only owner. She preserved all of her Beanie Babies from day one in a closed container. Ariel was produced in memory of Ariel Glaser 1981-1988 to collect profits to be donated to The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. A drawing done by Ariel Glaser at age 5 inspired the logo on this Beanie. Ariel passed away on August 12, 1988 at age 7 of complications from AIDS. Ariel is a green bear with a hard black nose and eyes, a gold trim tulle bow at neck and an embroidered flower and sun on left chest. The tag poem reads: May little children everywhere Remember that we'll always care And Ariel's dreams will all come true Because she'll share them all with you!
