NWT Beach Tunic/Coverup

NWT Nautical Knot patterned beach coverup tunic dress. Very lightweight 100% cotton. Base is solid white and knot pattern is blue (pink is shown to show style). Has fringe tassel details on the the bottom edges of the slits in the dress. Fits like a medium, but tag says small. Best for sizes 6-12.
