NWT Ba&sh Noam Dress, size XS. Dress has wrap over v-neck, elbow length sleeves with gathering, slight padding in shoulders, ruched waist in back, with a pretty vintage floral print. Dress is 100% viscose. Very tiny pin hole in back at top (see photo). Please let me know if you need any measurements!
