nelledeej Are slits on both sides? How high are they? Is there any stretch to this skirt or the waist? Fabric content? Thanks!

nelledeej Were the slits on the sides sewn in a way that they OVERLAP the seam opposite/adjoining them, such that I could add buttons to the tops and thereby reduce the overall length of the slits, or is there no overlap of the seams whereby I could attach buttons?

nelledeej Guess I should ask this too: is the skirt cut so narrow that closing up the top part of the seams with buttons would make it difficult to walk and/or get in and out of a car?
