NWT Banana Republic tweed dress. Perfect for fall and winter! Cap sleeves. Back zipper with hook & eye closure at top. Fully lined. Rhinestones at the neckline for an accent. Size 14. Extra buttons still attached. It appears to be black and white, but some of the threads in the tweed almost look like a dark green. Could just be my lights. Super pretty dress!
