@poshposhposhh23 thank you for your interest! The skirt is made of polyester, and does not have any give. However, it does have pleats, which allows for movement in a little give. I have added photographs of the tag for you. As well as where the zipper enclosure is. It’s a Hidden zipper to the left hand side of the wearer.

The bottom of the skirt is approximately 28 1/2 inches and is wider than the waist. The zipper is approximately 8 1/2 inches from the top of the waist band.
