NWT Banana Republic Sailor Culottes

very stretchy and so cute! waist laid flat is 12.5". no front pockets. only way to get them on/off is to unbutton front buttons. I'm 5'5" and they are cropped at the ankle for me. soooo cute and NWT Reposhing this item I purchased from @howlinthreads. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Questions?
