NWT Banana Republic Embroidered dress

Love this dress! Can't find an occasion for it :( Never worn. Tags still on with button packet for the back buttons. The dress has been sitting in my closet for a good 3 years. Gorgeous blue dress with creme floral embroidery. Unique straps. Dress is wide and roomy = super comfy. There is a belt to adjust to your size! Oh! And it has pockets! Size 4.
