NWT Banana Republic Double Face Mid length Top Coat

New never worn! Super pretty ice blue color. Wool/polyester blend. Unlined. This is an oversized fit: chest width approx 20”, sleeve length from shoulder seam approx 23.75”, length from back of neck approx 33.5”. There are a few light marks on the right sleeve, see last pic. I’m not sure what they are or where they are from.
