dangg123 @georgia650 depends on the brand and I usually can do either, depending on if the dress should fit tight or loose. This dress provides a really good shape and is tight and form fitting but holds you in without showing every flaw. I’m about a 27/28 jeans and go between size 4-8 depending on brand.
