The fit is chic and tailored rather rather sloppy and shapeless. Technically it is a blazer rather than blazer dress because the vent is long and would leave your derriere exposed, but if you keep the back vent sealed as it is now, you could pull it off as a blazer dress with stockings and intentional undergarments. I would describe the sequin quality as a middle brightness: slightly matte rather than very shiny. They're not dull; they catch the light in a very tasteful way. Size is XS.
