Reposhing this item I purchased from @bethbrooks481. I was so excited about and totally bummed that it didn't fit. It absolutely is not true to size. Would fit a medium or large. Elastic waist is 14" unstretched and 17.5" max stretched (see last 2 photos I added). Very cool hippie/boho flower pattern.
