Brand New! Plastic "liner" still in the middle! This was non-returnable for me, so my loss is your gain. Size Large, and fits true to size. I am 5'3", 150 lbs, and I should have ordered the Medium (which is already sold out). I have a short torso...if the straps would have been adjustable, I could have made this work. Its SUPER CUTE!!!
