NWT Antik Batik dress - has flaws

New with tags Antik Baltic dress. Priced to reflect flaws listed below. It’s a $400 dress, so selling low. Still perfect for a party or Easter! I would keep, but I don’t think it will ever fit me. *Small brown spots on inside neck line (maybe from foam on an old hanger??), red pen mark and small hole on sleeve (courtesy of my 4 year old), and a few spots on both sleeves.
