Cotton, button front (buttons are functional) 20.5 ish inches across widest part of chest when pulled taught, 25 inches long. Reviews said this shirt ran big so I bought a medium and it was too tight. Tried for a large but it was out of stock so settled on an XL and it’s WAY too big.

thatlasstina @jess_abdelz I’m so sorry for the delay! My phone took a poop on me and I had to get a new one then forgot all about signing back in here. I’m almost positive it’s not smocked but I’ll have to look after work. I’ll get back to you on that.
