mcwilliams_jen @snc1994 definitely in the chest you will be all set. The tie sets a bit above the waist and then flows out so i would think you wouldn't have a problem with the waist part. It's all stretch material and the belt is long enough that you can make it any size you want. The cami is also stretchy so you can pull it down in length.
