NWT - Anthropologie - black lace crop top, ruched with an accent at the waist

This is an adorable crop top from Anthropologie, never worn before. The top has a silicon band along the sweetheart neckline, so it stays in place. There is a full zip along the back. At the waist there is a fabric accent that flows down about two feet or so. It’s so cute I wish I had an occasion to wear it! From a smoke-free home with only hypoallergenic non-shedding pets!
