Brand new with tag in a size 2, which equivalent to an extra small. Such a cute dress will look great for Spring or Summer. Add some fun colorful jewelry to give the outfit a pop of color. The straps is a false tie, so the straps is not adjustable (see photo). I personally don’t find this to be a problem. The straps is about 6 inches from the top of the dress.
