NWT Ann Taylor floral dress straps/strapless

NWT Ann Taylor dress straps/strapless. Has straps but the can be taken off. Never wore but lost the best. I was planning to wear it but with a purple grosgrain ribbon are kind the waist. Inside has extra elastic hook for extra hold. Classy tea length. I was going to wear for a wedding but went with a different dress. Fully lined
