NWT Ann Taylor Loft size 12P fringe skirt

NWT Ann Taylor Loft size 12P skirt, in colors of black, gray, white, tan & green and a solid black lining. It has a fringed pattern along the upper waist and going vertically down the left front. It looks like a wrap skirt however it doesn’t open at the fringe. There is a zipper and metal hook on the left side. Shell 57% acrylic/23% cotton/10% polyester/4% other fibers, lining 100% polyester, dry clean. 17” waist, 22” along bottom, 19” long. Last pic shows material/colors; no holes/stains/tears.
