NWT Ann Taylor LOFT shorts size 2

Ann Taylor LOFT khaki shorts. Size 2. New with tags, however there is a tiny dirt spot near back pocket. Definitely not noticeable, was difficult to even photograph, looks like it will come out (have not treated it or tried to wash since the shorts are new.)
