Stunning embroidered halter dress from Anne Taylor never worn with the tags in place. I bought this for a wedding 22 years ago and never wore it so it’s been safely kept in my closet all these years because I hated to part with it! It’s a timeless style! Measurements taken when laid flat are approximately 12.5” at the waist, 14” underarm to underarm and 21” from the waist to the bottom hem. The dress is fully lined and 100% cotton with the exception of the lining.
