Brand new with tags never used Has zipper on outside and inside and 2 compartments Somehow it has a defect on the outside top of purse as shown in pics. Looks like it just wasn't sewn together. Not noticeable as it's the inside part of the outside (not the side with the decorations) and very easily fixed never been used !!! bundle and save
